"Avoid at all costs! I transferred my insurance to another agency. This agency was evasive, unresponsive, and took absolutely no responsibility for getting my $$ back on the unused portions of my insurance. I was gaslighted and misinformed that the "central agency made that decision on how much $$ I was returned. Then I learned from the Dpt. of Insurance that was not true, so they assisted me with filing a complaint. Cannot believe I had to go that far to get my money back! - yet, they have still shorted me, which they will end up paying and getting sanctioned by the DOI. Oh, and don't bother leaving a "gas-lighted" response State Farm - you're full of baloney!"
